Job Title: Inbound Sales Intern
About the job
BMY Renewables is looking for an intern or fresh graduate who is currently searching for a job in solar energy sector
Position: Inbound sales lead specialist (All genders)
Internship period: 1st June 2023 – 31st August 2023 (3 months)
Call all inbound sales leads generated from marketing activities and ask questions to understand and assess customer requirements and buying intention to qualify sales leads.
Answer questions of potential customers about product offering and value proposition of BMY Renewables.
Ask questions to understand and assess customer requirements and qualify sales leads.
Direct serious prospects and qualified sales leads to the sales team.
Enter and update customer information in the database/CRM.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information that can help marketing and sales team.
Currently enrolled in last year or graduated from bachelors/master’s program from a highly rated university.
Is enrolled in Study subjects: Engineering or business management.
Good communication skills.
Interested to learn about the solar energy sector and wants to do sales.
Critical minded and can take initiative.
Motivated to engage regularly with customers and generate sales leads for our sales team.
Fulfills assigned responsibility ethically and honestly.
Excellent communication in spoken and written English/Urdu and any other regional language.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection from uninterested potential customers.
Remote position and candidate can choose to work from home and come into office only one time a week.
Monthly call and internet package.
Upon the completion of the internship, each intern will receive a completion. certificate, along with an honorarium of PKR 45,000 + compensation of PKR 10,000 for every sales lead closed by our sales team.
Performing candidates who are enrolled in last year of university or will graduate in summer 2023, will be recruited for a permanent business development / sales engineering role within the sales team after completing internship.
