Job Title: Business Development Intern (Upwork)

About the job

DevBatch is looking for qualified Business Development (BD) Interns to get training and exposure in various sales funnel stages, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads and retaining customers.

*This will be a 3 months Internship Program leading to a Full Time Permanent Job*

Responsibilities:

• Upwork proposal writing
• Online Biddings on certain Freelancing Platforms
• Emailing to direct clients and proposal writing
• Preparing different ppts, pdf’s (R&D, white-label, rate cards, resume’s etc.)
• Preparing several contracts
• Client handling and meetings
• Retaining clients
• Generate/follow up leads
• Candidates should be willing to learn as much about the company projects as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others.
• Maintaining various documentation as per requirements
• Developing strong market research skills

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in English
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Knowledge of bidding platforms
• Knowledge of IT Industry
