Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, portals, social media,
• Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications, conduct phone calls, create and reporting shortlists,
• Organizing Interviews with Candidates,
• Update all recruitment processes on the Lever,
• Following the recruitment and onboarding needs in the developing and changing technology sector,
• Help HR Business Partners in daily operations and assisting the HR team in various processes regarding employee lifecycle ,
• Support to hiring team in the recruitment process to provide each candidate with an efficient and high-touch experience,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree,
• Able to work min. 3 days/week,
• Preferably have prior HR internship experience and basic understanding of HR functions,
• Passionate, interested in a long-term Human Resources career,
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools,
• Strong communication skills and strong knowledge of English,
• Have the ability to learn on the job in a dynamic, collaborative environment,
