Job Title: Entry Level Accountant

Job Summary:

As an entry-level accountant, you will be responsible for performing basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, maintaining financial records, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. You will work under the supervision of a senior accountant or finance manager to ensure that financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records of the organization
• Preparing and processing invoices, bills, and other financial transactions
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
• Conducting research and analyzing financial information to identify discrepancies or potential errors
• Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring
• Providing support for audits and other financial reviews
