We will provide training to help the candidate improve their cold-calling and communication skills.

About the Job

YENA Engineering is looking for a sales and marketing associate who will support and strengthen our current sales and marketing team. You will be part of our team which is dedicated to success and will help you grow further as a person, whilst you ensure that our digital sales and marketing operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B cold calls in German/English to potential customers,
• Research target markets and tailor pitches to specific industries,
• Update call lists and follow up with potential customers,
• Assist with other sales and marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Certification in the German/English language,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Comfortable with making cold calls and conducting market research.
