• Provide support in the whole recruitment cycle from start till end
• Assist in advertising the vacant positions on different portals
• Head hunting, Screening and shortlisting of potential candidates
• Making telephone calls to short-listed candidates and taking care of logistics for the interview
• Provide support in maintenance of weekly hiring dashboard
• Anything assigned by immediate supervisor/manager

Requirements

• Bachelors (with specialization in HR)
• Confident & pleasant Personality
• Ability to learn quickly and follow processes and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point)
