Elipse Studio is a post-production company that specializes in video commercials, architectural visualization, visual effects, and motion graphics. Elipse Studio has completed numerous projects worldwide and collaborated with numerous leading marketing agencies, media houses, and production houses since its inception in 2020. Our goal is to become one of Pakistan’s leading production houses. We believe that each project is unique and that each project must be executed beautifully in order to engage the audience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bidding person to join our team. The successful candidate will lead bidding efforts and negotiations for projects and contracts. This individual must have a strong understanding of the bidding process,

Responsibilities:

• Bidding on different freelance platforms (fiver, Upwork, Freelancer, etc)

• Managing freelance accounts.

• Present bid proposals to clients, stakeholders, and senior management

• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met

• Continuously evaluate and optimize bidding processes and strategies.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in both writing and speaking English.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Note: This is a Paid Internship which may lead to a full-time job depending on the performance.
