What Will You Do?

Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a summer intern to work closely with the Talent Acquisition team supporting active recruitment efforts as well as programmatic process improvements. This is a great opportunity to learn about the Talent Acquisition process and consulting industry while helping us to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

• Provide support for a dynamic Talent Acquisition team to include:
  • Provide support for candidate sourcing, including searching for resumes in LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and Greenhouse
  • Create, edit and update job requisitions, including scorecards, interview kits, interview plans, and job postings
  • Manage job postings and review inbound applications
  • Support corporate communications related to featured jobs and monthly newsletters
• Support recruiting events and coordinate related logistics
• Play an active role in coordinating campus recruiting activities and interview schedules
• Improve on existing processes for enhanced efficiency, effectiveness and service
• Support an exceptional candidate experience
  

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Minimum Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• A strong results orientation, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are required
• The ability to successfully organize, prioritize and complete multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a strong team setting
• Available to commit to agreed upon dates from May through August of 2023
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or exposure to a recruiting support role
• Interest in a recruiting career path
