Job Title: HR Intern

About the job

HR Intern

should have good organization and people management skills. He/she is expected to have good negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

He/she will be responsible to

• Recruitment and selection activities
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying & screening candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Coordinate in executing the learning and training programs

Skills and Requirements:

• Fresh or some experience in any HR functions
• Good record-keeping skills.
• Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
• Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Good team player.
• Good ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts

Qualification

• Bachelors or master’s degree in Human Resource.

Job timings / Place of work:

• It is compulsory to work from office from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm as per Pakistan standard time

Stipend:

Competitive stipend shall be given. This will be three months internship and leading to permanent job depending upon performance.
