About the role:
Dastgyr is looking for self-driven individuals who have high ambitions to create value and make impact to join as Summer Interns across our various markets. Summer Interns will be placed in multiple functions-of-choice, and given real-time problems to solve with authority and responsibility equal to that of full-time colleagues. While the internship will take place over six to eight weeks, Dastgyr is always on the lookout to onboard talented individuals on part-time roles as well once the internships have concluded, because we firmly believe in the power of talent and drive over experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end responsibility of allocated functions, beyond daily recurring tasks.
- Design, execute and monitor multiple experiments and initiatives to facilitate function-building within the company.
- Bring in new and exciting ideas to not only help the growth of the Company’s functions, but the Company itself.
- Take responsibility of carving out carefully structured roles and processes within allocated functions.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and quick to adapt,
- Hustle to be a contrarian ready to take on the status quo,
- Self-starter mentality to take ownership of the company without hand-holding.
