Job Title: Business Development Intern
Job Description:
Skyray Ventures is looking to hire Business Development Intern to join our growing company!
As a Business Development Intern you will be working with the sales team and bringing new clients for the company.
An ideal candidate for this role must possess the following skills
- Must be adept in research
- Have know-how of the workings of the freelancing platforms
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- A solution-oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effectively
- Willingness to work with the same spirit for long hours and meet deadlines
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identifying, procuring, and reaching out to potential clients
- Respond to client queries and assist them
- Navigating the clients throughout the sales process
- Following up with new and existing clients
- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales or related
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanor
- Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers (via Upwork, Fiver, Freelancer.com, social media outreach and other channels)
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management is a plus
Working hours:
- Monday to Saturday (8 hours per night)
- Night shift starting at 6:00 pm (remote)
