About the job
Nest Tech is looking for HR intern who supports in various company tasks. The successful candidate will play a role in achieving the company’s HR objectives and promoting a dynamic work culture that prioritizes employee satisfaction, high performance, and a balance between work and personal life. The intern will work towards maintaining an environment of excellence and integrity.
· Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
· Onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and processing new hire paperwork
· Helping with employee relations and employee engagement initiatives
· Handling HR databases and personnel files
· Conducting research and analysis on various HR topics
· Providing administrative support to HR staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and responding to employee inquiries
· Participating in HR-related projects and initiatives
· Supporting the recruitment process – posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a database of job applicants.
· Assisting with onboarding new employees – conducting orientations, processing new hire paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
· Participating in employee relations and engagement initiatives – gathering feedback from employees, organizing events, and improving workplace morale.
· Maintaining HR records and databases – updating personnel files, tracking employee benefits, and compiling HR reports.
· Conducting research and analysis on HR-related topics – gathering data, analyzing trends, and making recommendations for HR policies and practices.
· Giving administrative support to HR staff – scheduling meetings, preparing reports, responding to employee inquiries, and managing HR-related correspondence.
· Contributing in HR projects and initiatives – contributing to the development of new HR programs and processes, and implementing HR-related projects.
· Minimum Qualification: 14 years of Education or BBA in HR
· Time management/planning skills & must be a problem solver.
· Basic knowledge of HR terms
